- 5+ years of professional Technology Support expertise, primarily in a Microsoft based organization. You are experienced supporting users with Windows machines in an Active Directory environment.
- Professional exposure to supporting Mac computers within a Windows domain.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Office products, including on-prem and Office 365.
- Emerging skills with hardware and networked print and file services.
- Skilled in troubleshooting routine end-user issues using remote support tools.
- A strong desire to work on special projects involving technology components (this could be up to 30% of the time or more).
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Train users and troubleshoot computer and communication-related issues in real time across multiple sites.
- Configure and deploy workstations, phones, printers, and other end-user technology devices as needed.
- Provide technology setup and support for on-site and remote events.
- Bonus round: If you have some Power Automate or related automated scripting skills, they will be utilized.
- Travel as required, primarily within the Seattle area, with occasional out-of-state assignments.

Overview:
Confidentiality and discretion are at the heart of every internal client interaction. The team is very tight knit and is comprised of a half dozen established IT professionals, who have the positive attitude that "if it's plugged into the wall, or has a wi-fi signal, it is our responsibility to service and maintain". This is one of the few roles where the more breadth you have as a Technology Support professional, the better Our client is a typical Microsoft shop; however, they do have some Apple/Mac products to maintain as well. The best profile is someone that has had a few IT roles to understand how to be self-managed, self-motivated and growth minded, and not so seasoned that you feel that "you've moved past support positions". Many of the folks on the team have years of experience, and they are still happy and find in joy in handling Tier I issues while also doing some sys admin, network admin, security work, etc as needed.

This is a full-time, in-office position based primarily in the Seattle area. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. We are not able to sponsor H1B candidates or transfers at this time.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $100-$125k base salary range with full benefits including medical, dental, PTO and more. Despite this being a Tier I-III level role, they are happy to invest in a well-rounded, seasoned candidate and pay an above market range for above market talent.
