LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer-oriented candidate for a contract Patient Registrar opportunity working with a successful healthcare company located in Bedford, IN

Day-to-Day Duties

• Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
• Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
• Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
• Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
• Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required

Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Mon-Thurs

Job Type: Contract for leave coverage and 36 hours/wk

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
