About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice MD in California

Our client in CA is actively seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join their team for a 120-day assignment, commencing Mar 30, 2026.

This vital role primarily focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and addressing acute concerns, with a consistent daily schedule from 9a-5p.

You will contribute to a supportive healthcare setting, managing patient referrals and labs, while ensuring high-quality primary care services.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide outpatient primary care in a clinic setting.
Conduct preventative care, physicals, and chronic care management.
Address infections and simple acute care concerns; urgent care level cases are referred to local hospitals.
Manage patient referrals and laboratory orders.
Conduct patient appointments, typically scheduled for 30 minutes.

Additional Information
Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
Experience with RPMS EMR system.
