- Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes.
- Act as a patient advocate and supervise nursing care provided by the team.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other disciplines to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure adherence to nursing care standards and hospital policies.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using medical equipment and administering medications.
- Respond effectively to changes in patients' conditions and emergencies.
- Participate in training new staff and evaluating nursing team performance.
- Assist physicians during procedures and tests.
- Promote efficient use of supplies and maintain equipment.
- Contribute to patient care coordination and provide support during crises.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year of experience in Critical Care.
