Job summary
MRI Technologist position is per diem and offers a flexible schedule. This individual will focus on high quality service and will be the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.- Determines most suitable anatomical posture and positions and shields patients accordingly
- Able to assess patient pain/claustrophobia interfering with imaging procedure -makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.
- Performs MRI safety check on all patient and staff prior to entering the MRI room according to policy
- Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of burns and to patients
