    Senior Project/Program Manager

    About the Opportunity

    Red Door Collaborative is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project/Program Manager with deep knowledge of program execution strategies, specifically in areas of volume licensing. This opportunity will join one of our most crucial external teams as an embedded consultant, working closely with our client's internal team, and several of our embedded consultants who are already supporting this particular team.

    Responsibilities

    • Project or program management with oversight of launch timelines, workstream status tracking, and action item tracking.
    • Create proposals and planning for executing annual project/program goals in relation to the volume licensing programs and projects.
    • Contribute to content marketing recommendations that support the overall programs and projects.
    • Manage content creation to fold into other marketing engines for separate cloud-based marketing teams.
    • Prepare additional reports that feed the MBR cycle and cross-organizational updates.
    • Develop and prepare social media campaigns; manage the content engine and GTM tracking functions.
    Requirements
    • Excellent project or program management capabilities, coupled with superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capable of nurturing strong client relationships and fostering new partnerships with ease.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
    • Ability to deftly navigate within a (sometimes) ambiguous environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • A relevant degree or certification and 5-8 years of project or program management experience.
    • Experiences supporting global volume licensing programs.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display customer obsession, patience, humor, and a can-do / whatever-it-takes resourceful and positive attitude.
    What You'll Gain
    • This is a salaried (exempt) position with an anticipated annual pay between $110,000.00 to $130,000.00, DOE.
