Job title: Program Support Specialist

Description

As a highly skilled Program Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless Prior Authorization experience for customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Learns how to navigate internal software and proactively builds knowledge of the Prior Authorization process to ensure efficient operations.
  • Learns how to navigate and perform tasks within FEW, the internal fax service, to streamline communication.
  • Ensures the consistency and maintainability of Prior Authorizations by following team standards and procedures to guarantee high-quality results.
  • Acts as an inquisitive team member and seeks clarity when instructions are not fully understood, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintains a daily responsibilities list, organized from highest to lowest priority, to stay focused and productive.
  • Completes assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Presents ideas and solutions that streamline the build process or enhance the experience for prescribers, driving innovation and growth.
  • Functions as a Subject Matter Expert for back-end Prior Authorization build processes and develops the confidence to communicate knowledgeably about system capabilities.
