This is a permanent direct hire position seated in North Dallas.

Relocation assistance is provided if needed.

Salary DOE $105k-$112k base + 15% annual bonus + phenomenal benefits

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Four year degree required or two year degree with 6+ years of experience.
2. Minimum of four (4) years in analysis of commercial underwriting, commercial credit OR minimum of six (6) years as a federal regulator or bank examiner (FDIC, FRB, or OCC)
3. Intermediate to Advanced skills with using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research and designs appropriate management reports as required to assist the Credit Review Committee and senior management in analyzing the credit risk exposure of the Bank to specific member institutions.
• Responsible for initiating and maintaining proper communication channels to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, legal, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to credit risk management.
• Responsible for initiating proper recommend of collateral status and internal credit rating of members.
• Bank examiner from OCC or FDIC with report writing experience. Analyze proposed credit arrangements and approval of a loan/advance/letter of credit to meet the specific financing and asset liability management.
• Assist management in keeping the Bank's Credit Policy in compliance with all guidelines and regulations issued by the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
