    The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future.

    The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

    At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.

    The base salary range for the tagged location is [$97,700 to $203,800/yr].

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

    Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

    Job Description:


    You will lead our interoperability approach based on industry standards, coordinating with other Capgemini domain leaders, and working directly on client engagements.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify industry standard tools and technologies (integration engines, code libraries, services)
    Establish and refine our approaches to interoperability, while defining and implementing solutions based on client need
    Test data flows and integration points
    Define healthcare data exchange from our clients' systems with external systems

    Required Skills:

    10-15 years software engineering experience and hands-on experiencing working with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM, IHE profiles, and others)
    Experience with integration engines such as Mirth, HAPI, Cloverleaf, Interface Ware, etc.
    Experience implementing and integrating with various EHR Systems, like: Cerner, Epic, etc.
    Experience with both cloud and on-premise development and deployment including, microservices architectures
    Hands-on experience with relevant programming language (Java, C#, NodeJS, Python, etc.)
    Exposure to medical device software development methodologies and standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO
    Experience working in an iterative Agile development process required
    Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering computer science, or a related engineering field
