MBA preferred. - 12+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and achieving business results.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience with demonstrated success.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with local and federal governmental regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Ability to travel domestically (25%).
