Description:
The Residential Care Advisor provides direct service to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Service provision consists of teaching all appropriate living/social skills in order to enhance the individuals level of independence or helping the person served maintain his/her skill level to possibly move to a less restrictive site. Assists persons served with mobility and daily living skills as needed: including but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, etc. The service provided is to include support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services OR 4 years direct care experience. Must have Act 33/34/73 Clearances upon hire and a valid PA Drivers license.
Schedule:
Sun-Thurs 3:30 pm-11:30 pm
