We have an incredible DIRECT HIRE opportunity waiting for you at a leading cheese manufacturer as a Sanitation worker Dive into a role where you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our pristine production equipment and ensuring our facility stays spotless. Your dedication to cleanliness will keep our operations running smoothly and our products top-notch. Apply todayExciting Perks: **Generous Sign-On Bonus** Earn a total of $1500 Paid out in 3 equal installments on the 30, 90, and 180-day marks.Hours: 4pm to 4amPay: $20.07 per hour + shift differentials to earn more $$Sanitation Responsibilities:
    • Certify for and operate forklift, pallet jack and walkie forklift in tight places
    • Conduct CIP and COP tank verification (i.e. chemical concentrations, flow, time, and temperature)
    • Communicate any food safety related issues to supervisor or managers
    • Observe facility and equipment conditions to ensure in good condition and in compliance
    • Perform and follow SSOPs on production tool and equipment
    • Document sanitation and production checks
    • Follow proper GMPs, PPEs and chemical handling practices
    • Tear down production equipment for cleaning throughout facility
    • Use foaming equipment and scrub facility equipment
    • Understand chemical usages and purposes
    • Verify equipment cleanliness after cleaning practices
    Sanitation Requirements:
    • Possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to pay close attention to details
    • Capable of following directions given, consistency is crucial to the position
    • Must have proficient manual dexterity to perform routine functions
    • Sanitation experience in a food production environment
    • Prior food manufacturing experience required
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Frequent bending, occasional reaching, kneeling, and squatting
    • Able to lift/carry up to 40lbs; able to push/pull up to 60lbs.
