With six retail stores and a rapidly growing e-commerce presence, Hammer Made is looking to hire a Product Coordinator - Web, Inventory, and Systems, to bolster our growing team and work at the Corporate office in Eden Prairie.
The Product Coordinator is responsible for the execution of web order fulfillment, store inventoryreplenishments/allocations,
report generation of data and purchase order generation.
Essential Job Duties:
Work with Director of Merchandising to manage inventory allocations into the stores.
Support Product Development to effectively manage the flow of inventory into the warehouse.
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify opportunities for optimal sellthrough.
Maintain inventory levels and review by location weekly.
Use sales, margin and inventory plans by department that support product and financial strategies.
Manage customer web purchase orders and web customer service inquires
Ensure products are set up correctly and timely on website and continually provide updates to the website as needed (promotion set-up, category adjustments, etc)
Write vendor purchase orders and track order fulfillment and delivery.
Analyze and communicate size and color selling to impact future receipts.
