    Join our Team as an Interior Designer at HH Architecture

    We are currently looking for a full-time creative and self-motivated Interior Designer III to join our team. This role involves working on various projects from design to construction under the guidance of the Senior Interior Designer, Team Lead.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Collaborate with a team on different projects throughout all design and construction phases
    • Produce accurate technical drawings, documents, and project specifications
    • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure adherence to project checklists and standards
    • Present design solutions directly to clients
    • Offer technical expertise on interior design aspects
    • Coordinate with senior staff on technical strategies
    • Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
    • Mentor junior team members
    • Work closely with firm leadership for project success
    • Utilize design process to justify decision making
    • Expected billable performance: 80%

    SKILLS

    • Proficient in 3D modeling and graphic software, with REVIT proficiency preferred
    • Knowledge of various software and building codes
    • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree in Interior Design or related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience
    • NCIDQ certification preferred
