    The Territory Sales Specialist will support Sensia's business to business sales through its Partner network to create sales growth. In this position, the primary responsibility is the execution of sales strategies as defined by the Territory Sales Team Leadership and Market Access Teams for the sale of Sensia's products and services through the Partner network.

    Job Description

    • Drive sales through partners and directly achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals and targets for Sensia.
    • Deliver bookings growth for high-value flow primary measurement core products, systems, services and initiatives driven through Sensia's partners in West Texas and environs. A Key Measure will be bookings growth.
    • Build and grow relationships with existing channel sales partners.
    • Follow leads and market research to develop new avenues for sales.
    • Oversee and support daily sales operations of Sensia's partners.
    • Coordinate product training to partners/clients enabled by Sensia Ally Program
    • Collaborate with Sensia Sales Management to grow business and market. position of Sensia partners through execution of strategic objectives.
    • Maintain project and opportunity tracking for the region (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
    • Requirements and Qualifications

    • 5+ Years Oil and Gas Industry experience.
    • Knowledge of current technologies relative to Oil and Gas Production and Operations.
    • Experience in sale and distribution of products/technology to support the market.
    • Pre-sales, B2B or direct sales experience.
    • Experience with CRM software and/or ERP systems
    • Team Player, collaborator, leadership through influence.
    • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
