The HSSU Part Time Head Cheer Coach is responsible for assisting in several aspects of developing and organizing the Cheerleading program. This position also requires recruiting, assisting with the coordination of practices, team management, skill development,Instructs student athletes in techniques of the sport, rules regulations manages equipmentuniforms Assists with practices scheduling strength conditioning program for student athletes Coaches effectively in practices competitions Ability to coach teach motivate studentathletes in a collegiate environment Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment Provides supervision of student athletes Develop influence all
studentathletes to graduate with a professional degree Develop athletic skills of each studentathlete season outseason Represents University at all times Models teaches NAIA Live integrity respect responsibility servant leadership sportsmanship May be required to work irregular hours
