    is excited to invite a skilled E-commerce Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering, processing, and analyzing data that drives strategic decisions across our operations. Your insights will enhance our ecommerce platform and improve the customer experience, contributing to our overall business performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for effective analysis.
    • Analyze datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform our business strategies.
    • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators for different teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
    • Maintain thorough documentation for all data processes and procedures.
    • Assist in designing experiments and A/B tests to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Identify areas for process improvement based on your data analysis findings.

    This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three (3) days a week onsite to foster collaboration and meet business needs.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 3-6+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience working with large datasets.
    • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
    • Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
    • Familiar with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced SQL proficiency (e.g., complex joins, window functions, query optimization).
    • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
    • History of building and maintaining dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders.
    • Experience handling large-scale datasets and optimizing data workflows.
    • Understanding of key ecommerce metrics like conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
    • Ability to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.

    The base compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
