    Doosan Bobcat is looking for a service focused individual with strong expertise in strategic technical platforms associated to the supply chain planning and manufacturing business processes, strong business acumen, and outstanding problem-solving skills to join our team as a Solution Architect.

    The Solution Architect provides hands on delivery of system configuration, set up, security, and improvements for Doosan Bobcats business technology environment in alignment with the supply chain planning solution roadmap.

    The role will work closely with strategic business stakeholders and other Information Technology teams to define and lead projects related to application changes, acquisition integration, and enhanced solution delivery.

    Role & Responsibility

    The Solution Architect is responsible for governing the functional End-State solutions, roadmap, programs/projects, and day to day maintenance support of supply chain planning and manufacturing business processes
    Develop and maintain the Solution Portfolio Roadmap for supply chain planning and manufacturing suite of solutions, including cloud offerings
    Define Program and Project plans necessary to reach Solution Portfolio Roadmap goals, including Process and Integration scope
    Rationalize the Secure Solution Portfolio footprint. Recommend new innovative solutions, enhance existing solutions, and decommission obsolete solutions
    Manage overall efficiency and global harmonization of the supply chain planning and manufacturing suite of solutions
    Plan, drive, design, develop, document, measure, analyze and improve the supply chain planning and manufacturing processes and solutions, globally and regionally
    Facilitate governance for related master data, processes, and solution standards of the Solution Portfolio
    Support and/or drive dashboarding and visualization to enable analysis and action-oriented reporting
    Establish collaborative relationship with SIOP and planning organization to deliver high quality strategic solutions that enable enterprise process efficiency, visibility, insights, and structure
    Maintain relationship with global affiliates & BUs for systems which are global in scope
    Serve on Project implementation team
    Lead transitions from project stabilization to operational support team
    Approve and prioritize Change Requests for business processes of the supply chain planning and manufacturing Solution Portfolio
    Serve as last line of Maintenance support for complex Problems reported within the supply chain planning and manufacturing Solution Portfolio
    Identify resource & competence gaps and provide direction to Maintenance organization for closing them
    Lead process training sessions with the Solution Experts and Maintenance Support

    Job Requirement

    Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or similar discipline
    Minimum 10+ years of experience administering cloud-based applications supporting the forecast to schedule and plan to manufacturing processes

    S/4Hana and SAP IBP required
    Experience working with IT service platforms required
    Experience supporting technical integrations through platforms, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) preferred
    Experience in a global, complex, multi-national manufacturing environment preferred
    Travel as needed, 15-25%
