What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a competent Billing Specialist responsible for completing the billing process for customers. You also will work with the customer service and contracts departments to resolve discrepancies.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Review all customer orders to be processed
Verify pricing & freight terms
Verify UPS/FedEx/Courier tracking information
Accurately billing customer orders
Work with customer service and contracts departments regarding any discrepancies
Generate invoices within 48 hours

What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Strong communication, organization & analytical skills
Results-driven and patient
Dependable & flexible
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
Proficiency in English
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
High School Diploma/GED
