Benefits Analyst - Plymouth, MI

Job summary
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration analysis and optimization of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans wellness initiatives and other perks.Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships including benefit carriers wellness program providers and third party administrators
- Prepare and maintain benefits documentation including plan summaries and employee communications
- Assist in annual open enrollment processes including system setup employee education and troubleshooting
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits coverage and claims
- Collaborate with third-party vendor to manage and administer leave programs including FMLA disability leaves
- Support audits regulatory filings related to benefits programs
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance or related field/li>
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration preferably in a manufacturing company/li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of HRIS systems Workday ADP/li>
