Job Summary
We are seeking a Wellness Nurse LPN LVN to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of our residents and providing leadership support and assistance with resident care and services.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Identify on-going needs and services of residents in promotion of the highest quality resident services to be delivered.
- Maintain communications with resident's family and or responsible party to ensure medical needs for the resident are being met.
