- Report any changes in the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Promptly inform the Agency Director of any incidents or accidents.
- Drive safely, adhere to traffic rules, and wear a seat belt during business travel.
- Provide or assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, hair care, dental hygiene, nail care, skincare, and mobility assistance.
- Help with essential household tasks related to the client's personal care.
- Six months of experience in personal care or home-based community services is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
- Current CT CNA or HHA Certification.
