Job summary
Lead multiple projects ranging from new technology development to production launch includes project initiation and scope definition partnering with business leadership team management of program development coordination of product design validation launch and post implementation support Manage an engineering budget from annual forecasts to expenses control Assess new product opportunities in alignment to business strategy led tasks including financial technical feasibility analysis creation and evaluation of a detailed program schedule Lead the transition of new products to production plant management and operations Develop detailed project plans and manages cross-functional team extrapolate communicate key project deliverables due dates update management customer on progress programs Implement robust team communication strategy direct progress according established development phases Adheres phase gate methodology processes Maintain accurate project information eLaunch database update cross functional community Oversee program costs meet financial targets operating income investments Control cost overruns prevent need premium freight expediting scrap by successfully managing timelines Coordinate customer visits attend meetings face face customer location Support Program Management Operating System Annual Operating Plan Programs Reviews Escalations Presentations leadership team Fulfilling responsibilities under IATF 16949.
