Oversee and manage Civil Engineering Division
Minimum of 3-5 years of post PE licensed experience

Manage company clients including but not limited to County Road Departments, Oil & Gas Industry clients, Utility clients, City Municipalities and Independent Land Development clients.

Project management skills to meet client expectations, achieve budgets and maximize profitability
Prepare proposals, assist in business development, and client relations
Achieve successful project outcomes through civil design, quality control, and team leadership
Utilize Civil 3D to prepare, review and revise technical drawings
Supervise other licensed PE's and support staff related to civil projects
Assist with company recruitment
Represent Mountain Plains in a professional and courteous manner through professional leadership
