    SummaryThe Network and Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure and security systems within our organization.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our network infrastructure, as well as protect against potential security threats.

    This role requires a strong technical background in networking and security, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

    This role will work MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe).ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLCMOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.

    Essential Functions(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

    Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
    Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure network infrastructure solutions, includingLAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
    Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to ensure optimal performance and availability.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop network designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.


    Network Security:
    Develop and implement network security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard the organization's information and assets.
    Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
    Monitor network traffic and security logs, investigate and respond to security incidents, and implement appropriate countermeasures.


    Network Troubleshooting and Support:
    Provide technical support for network-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems to minimize downtime and ensure network availability.
    Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic patterns, and optimize network configurations for maximum efficiency and reliability.
    Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve complex network issues and coordinate maintenance activities.


    Network Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and security policies.
    Generate regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and compliance status for management and stakeholders.
    Analyze network data and trends to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and support decision-making processes.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    NoBasic Qualifications(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and SIEM tools.

    Familiarity with network segmentation, VLANs, and access control mechanisms.
    Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
    Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
    Knowledge of cloud networking concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network) is a plus.
    Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus.


    Required Education & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience.3-5 years or more of experience as an IT Network and Security Engineer or similar roleLocations:This position is open for both PE Plant (Richmond Hill, GA) & BSA Plant (Ellabell, GA) locations
