- Suivre et accompagner le client dans toutes les tapes du cycle de vie de son ERP : prise en compte des besoin mtiers, proposition dune solution valeur, mise en place et accompagnement.
- Animer des sessions de formations auprs du client.
- Exercer le devoir de conseil, tre force de proposition et crer de la valeur pour le Client et pour lIntgrateur.
- Respecter la mthodologie utilise sur le projet et le cadre contractuel.
- De formation suprieure BAC+5 , vous avez une exprience significative dans linformatique de gestion et tes passionn(e) par les nouvelles technologies.
- Vous matrisez un des ERP leaders du march ou idalement un ERP Microsoft.
- Vous avez des comptences en gestion de production ou finance ou supply chain
- Vous avez une excellente qualit danalyse, de qualification et rdactionnelle.
- Vous tes matre dans lart de la rsolution active de problmes et avez des expriences de modlisation des processus mtiers.
- Force de proposition, vous savez apporter de la valeur et de lexpertise au projet client.
- Un Anglais professionnel est un plus.
