Job summary
The Office Administrator role reports to the COO and is critical to the operational efficiency of the office.This position utilizes excellent customer service and organizational skills to confidently provide administrative support to both clients and the internal team.
Acts as front line for office contact: handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email requests,
greeting guests arriving in-person (this would not apply if virtual).
Manage office and advisors' calendars: scheduling of prospect meetings,
periodic reviews and financial planning meetings with clients,
