- Conduct initial evaluation and client intake interviews; assess consumer and presenting problems
- Develop, implement and modify consumer treatment/behavior plans
- Carry out case management services related to the consumer's treatment
- Maintain an active caseload, providing intervention including psychotherapy, clinical support, and behavior support service within the area of expertise and limits of credentials.
- Maintain consumer and program records in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and grant requirements.
- Monitor caseload to assure compliance for third-party payors.
- Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff; as needed, co-sign clinical documentation and treatment plans.

We are looking for a licensed clinical therapist to work within a multi-disciplinary team in our Autism & Behavior Services department.
What you'll do
This position provides direct clinical/behavioral support services for individuals with autism and their families. The clinical therapist conducts initial assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management services. This position is clinic based, however, knowledge of telehealth practices is extremely helpful.
Essential functions:
Education and experience:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required. Licensed in Indiana as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred. Experience providing direct clinical services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder required. Experience with young and school-age children preferred.
Knowledge, skill, and ability
Must have a comprehensive understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated mental health concerns.
Knowledge of behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based practices.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Working Hours:
Flexible weekday hours between 8am-6pm. Willing to consider full or part -time.
