    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Understand and embrace the operating philosophy and culture of the organization and act as an ambassador for the Company
    • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with business leaders, as well as develop a deep understanding of the business and how the teams work together
    • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to the leadership and employees of the organization
    • Partner closely with business leaders and with Finance to manage headcount and budget reporting on an ongoing basis. Utilize strong advanced excel and analytical skills.
    • Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, including defining roles, recruiting strategy, participating in interview process, and developing offers
    • Execute and manage all administrative and operational processes and requirements related to needs of the business.
    • Coach and support managers and employees on performance management, talent development and employee relations.
    • Support all aspects of the annual compensation process including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives
    • Support efforts to drive data maintenance and reporting with the BSG team
    • Administer HR policies and programs; assist in the development and interpretation of policies and procedures
    • Participate in developing Human Resources department goals and objectives to meet changing business needs; recommend new approaches, and programs to support continuous improvement
    • Support employees across the U.S. at three locations; some travel may be required
    Qualifications:
    • 7+ years relevant experience, in fast paced changing environment
    • BA/BS degree; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise preferred
    • Proficiency with windows applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and HRIS
    • Experience managing full employee life cycle; full recruitment cycle
    • Experience working across the various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting and talent management
    • Well versed in HR practices, employee relations along with employment laws
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills. Able to analyze problems, find creative solutions and make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
    • High attention to detail and the ability to think strategically
    • Maintain awareness and understanding of relevant U.S. and state-specific employment laws and regulations.
    Salary:

    $160,000 - $180,000
