    Position Summary



    As directed by Senior Manager, SSR Operations - GOM, coordinate the personnel allocation/utilization as required to support the specific job activities. Assist in managing the overall field support staff with the SSR Operations Managers.



    Duties & Responsibilities



    ESSENTIAL


    • Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.

    • Monitors systems preventive maintenance and disbursing data to management and offshore teams.

    • Communicates with other business groups to ensure that all parts, tools, and system needs are met.

    • Monitors Inventory Management for each system, including cycle counts and accuracy.

    • Monitors audit process, ensuring that systems audits are closed out timely.

    • Manages the closure of non-conformances.

    • Assists Operations Mangers with allocating personnel as required to man all Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities, as needed.

    • Organizes teams in support of operational excellence initiatives as directed by Operations Managers.

    • Conducts periodic site visits.



    Qualifications



    REQUIRED


    • Three (3) years oilfield experience to include at least one year of personnel logistics experience.

    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.

    DESIRED


    • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).

    • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree.

    Additional Information



    This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
