- Excellent understanding of carpentry technique, materials and methods of installation and construction.
- Adherence to an excellent level of quality always.
- Understanding of relevant building specs and instructions
- Proficient in using electrical, manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to occasionally operate machinery (lifts, skid steer, etc.) as needed.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Reliable and punctual
- Engage in professional interactions with Management, Designers and Architects as needed
- Must be physically able to meet the requirements of the job. At a minimum this would include regularly lifting and / or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds.

We are looking for a disciplined individual with experience, great work ethic, strong teamwork qualities and take a high level of pride in their workmanship. The ideal candidate will have his or her own transportation and hand tools.
Job Summary: Responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood and composite materials.
Responsibilities:
Work Schedule: Full time: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Occasional nights and weekend maybe required to meet deadlines.
