    Versatile Surfaces is a San Diego based building materials distributor seeking to hire a full-time customer service representative with Quickbooks and administrative skills. You will work with general contractors, flooring contractors, developers, and builders. Our specialty is premium and high-end porcelain tiles and other architectural building materials.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Working on projects by issuing invoices and POs
    • A/R and A/P
    • Coordinating projects with multiple vendors in a timely manner
    • Working closely with customers and vendors
    • Arranging order pickups/logistics (domestic and international), deliveries and tracking
    • Providing support to the sales team
    • Preparing various reports for the manager
    • Providing administrative support
    • Payroll entries

    Minimum requirements:

    • 3+ years of job related experience
    • Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise and MS Office
    • 2+ college degree
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to work with 10-20 projects at any time
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: $ $30.00 per hour
    Schedule: 8 hour shift
    Monday to Friday
