    Summary/Objective The System Support Specialist I provides end user support for hardware and software for multiple sites within the ODW/Transportation Management environment.

    This position will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing their ServiceNow queue of request and incident tickets. A combination of remote and on-site support will be required.

    Support end user devices including but not limited to Laptops, Desktops, Printers to include setup, configuration, and deploymentSupport end user software including but not limited to MS Office, O365, WMS setup, print drivers, and DUOPerform administrative functions to include but limited to, new user setup, access requests, printer setup, email setup and shared drive accessRespond quickly and promptly to tickets based upon priority to ensure quick and accurate resolution and escalate issues as neededConsult and maintain library of technical documentationAccurately document inventory through entire lifecycle including receiving, deploying, repairing, and retiringProtects organizations value by keeping information confidentialPerforms other related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required1+ years of IT helpdesk / desktop support experienceA++ Certification (or comparable experience)Skills and Background

    IT related CertificationsCompTIA CertificationsKnowledge of computer software and hardwareKnowledge of data communicationsDesktop OS Support, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking, Quality Focus, Coordination, Technical Understanding, Quick StudyMicrosoft Windows 10/11HP LaserJet printersLanguage Requirements

    Ability to hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate.
    Physical and Mental Requirements

    While performing the duties of this job, the associate is:
