    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) looking to join a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the lives of clients through personalized therapy services? Soliant is seeking a compassionate and motivated OT to join our dynamic team.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
    • NBCOT certification
    • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Occupational Therapy
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience working with diverse populations preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
    • Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities
    • Provide skilled therapy services to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, and more
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
    • Document client progress accurately and efficiently
