As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Meat Processing Fabrication Floor Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

As the Meat Processing Fabrication Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our meat processing facility.

This role requires a strong leader with hands- on experience in meat fabrication, a keen eye for quality control, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

• Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers in the meat processing fabrication department.
• Ensure production goals and targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the production of safe and superior meat products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Foster a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing all relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient production practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Team Development- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the fabrication team.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a meat processing fabrication role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Indepth knowledge of meat procedures, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the food

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nonstandard hours as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Meat Science, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
