    ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a part-time BCBA for supervision and assessments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.
    • Conduct weekly in-home, and remote supervision sessions.
    • Establish trust and rapport with parents in order to maintain positive relationships.
    • Utilize analytical skills in order to recognize and define goals for each individualized case.
    • Analyze behavioral data.
    • Develop lesson plans and training materials according to parent training curriculum
    • Increase parent participation in child's program development and implementation
    • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, current Parent Trainer, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client.
    • Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
    • Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.
    • Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
    • Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board REQUIRED.
    • At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.
    • Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
    • Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
    • Patient, compassionate, and approachable.
    • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Time management, organization, and documentation.
    • Vendorization with Anthem and Aetna preferred.
