    Description

    Lead Technician Position at Disaster Restoration Company

    Salary: $17 - $19 per hour

    Position Overview

    As a Lead Technician at our disaster restoration company, you will play a crucial role in servicing customers facing water, fire, or mold damage. Utilizing your minimum of 1 year experience in the industry, you will be responsible for preparing documentation, explaining processes to customers, and ensuring quality service delivery.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Perform water, fire, and mold damage services including extraction, pack-out, cleaning, and demolition.
    • Assist Crew Leaders in equipment preparation and job completion.
    • Maintain quality control and handle equipment properly.
    • Resolve customer issues and communicate effectively with supervisors.
    • Supervise and train entry-level technicians.

    Job Requirements

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
    • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Experience with mobile data entry and product label instructions.
    • Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
    • Preferred certifications: WTR - Water Damage Restoration Technician.

    Physical Demands and Working Conditions

    • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks.
    • Use visual acuity and adapt to different working conditions.
