    Lab Clinical Technician or Clinical Lab Technologist

    This is a full-time position and offers a sign-on bonus.
    UF Health Central Florida is expanding services in the Central Florida area.

    We are excited to open our brand-new freestanding Emergency Department that is being built in Eustis, FL at 17021 US Highway 441, Eustis, FL Staffed by ER-trained, board-certified physicians and clinical staff who are driven by their passion for optimum patient care.

    This model will also have imaging and laboratory services on site.

    The laboratory technician works closely with and receives advice from, a laboratory technologist in the performance of diagnostic procedures.

    Laboratory technicians may exercise limited independent judgment and work under the supervision of a laboratory technologist, supervisor, or director.
    *Certificate training program at an approved school for medical technician-level training that leads to state licensure.

    *Licensure/Certification/Registration:
    • TC - Laboratory Clinical Technician or TN – Clinical Lab Technologist
    *Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
    • Previous laboratory experience preferred.
    • Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
