Nurse Responsibilities:

Providing direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
Supervising nursing assistants
Addressing concerns of residents, families, and staff
Thoroughly investigating and reporting incidents

Nurse Requirements:

Active state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Minimum of one year experience in a Long-Term Care setting
Ability to assist with patient movement and lifting
CPR Certification
Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
