    Brian Harris - State Farm Agency, located in Federal Way, WA has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Insurance Sales Professional. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set. You must be willing to obtain your required insurance licenses prior to start date. Once licensed you will be eligible for a $1k bonus (must be licensed and employed for 60 days to receive).

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

    What we provide

    • $22 - $30/hour base pay (depending on experience)
    • Commission - *(12 month average over for a 1st year employee is between $1k and $3k a month or an additional $12,000 to $36,000 a year.)

    LICENSED REQUIRED BEFORE EMPLOYMENT. Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. We will interview unlicensed professionals but you must be willing to license prior to start date.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
    • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
    • Property & Casualty license
    • Life & Health license
