- Administer IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring the highest safety and comfort for patients.
- Assess patient health status, including vital signs and symptom management, before and during the infusion process.
- Educate patients and their families about the infusion process, medication, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with best practices in infusion therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Current RN license in the state of New York (Dual license in CT is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of direct infusion experience with a strong understanding of infusion therapies, including IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, and vitamins.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations.
