- Analyze client requirements with candidate qualifications, submitting candidates to Account Executives for quality review.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with prospective candidates as required.
- Assess resumes based on job-specific criteria to determine candidate suitability and viability.
- Prioritize the presentation of candidates to Account Executives based on alignment with position requirements.
- Negotiate and consult with candidates regarding compensation expectations.
- Understand and effectively communicate Take2's employment offerings, including benefits and compensation.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
- Prepare and debrief candidates before and after client interviews, offering guidance and support.
- Coaching candidates throughout the interview and offer stages, including assistance with counteroffers and job transitions.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Conduct follow-up activities with candidates to ensure their satisfaction upon onboarding.
- Foster candidate retention through check-ins, lunches, and other appropriate events.
- When necessary, meet candidates at Take2 locations or client sites.
- Participate in initial candidate screening processes, including resume reviews and preliminary interviews.
- Shadow experienced Account Executives to gain insights into the sales process and client interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
- Engage in training sessions to develop a solid understanding of our products, services, and industry.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of our client base and needs.
- Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Support the team in prospecting and lead generation activities.
