Behavior Analyst Position at Special Needs Clinic

This position entails providing direct services to children with special needs, focusing on enhancing communication, social, and verbal skills while reducing problem behaviors through Applied Behavior Analysis. BCBAs play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and utilizing ABA techniques to support the development of these children.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare for client sessions and conduct skill acquisition programs using ABA principles
Observe and track behaviors, implementing individualized behavior plans
Assist with parent training and community events participation
Utilize assistive technology and attend clinic meetings/trainings

Requirements:

BCBA Certification and state licensure if mandated
Proficiency in Computer basics, Microsoft Office, and Applied Behavior Analysis
Master's Degree in relevant field

Qualifications:

Follow ethical standards by BACB
Demonstrate patience and maintain confidentiality
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Thoroughness, attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaboration skills

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position operating Monday to Friday in a clinical environment. The role requires active participation, including physical demands such as lifting and standing. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
