- Define and manage implementation project plans using established methodologies.
- Work directly with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Identify and manage the resources needed to meet project goals.
- Accurately budget and track expenditures to deliver solutions on time.
- Assure methodologies and best practices are followed.
- Create change orders related to scope or requirement changes.
- Create project integrated project plan and monitor critical paths for Build, Validate, Deploy and Operate phases.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in F&O/CRM implementation, configuration, and system design.
- Strong understanding of the F&O/CRM Technical Platform, including scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics
