Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes. Enters orders accurately into POS device accepts cash charge payments Replenishes condiments beverages general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area Ensures proper presentation portion control maintenance of proper serving temperatures follows HACCP standards Maintains sanitation orderliness of all equipment supplies utensils Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes following prescribed production standards Keeps display equipment clean free debris during meal service Cleans equipment workstation thoroughly before leaving area for other assignments Greets customers courteously interacts manner customer satisfaction Relays relevant concerns from customers supervisors Serves quickly efficiently prevents delays in serving lines Demonstrates complete understanding daily menu items accurately explains them to customers Serves as advocate selling techniques customer by establishing good communication assisting buying decisionmaking process Ensures all display foods merchandised attractively per standards Serves food neatly attractively per standard Performs duties assigned.
