Must Have

BS and/or MS in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field like Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, or Supply Chain
5 or more years of development in IBM CPLEX Optimization Programming Language (OPL)
5 or more years of development in Python (or similar OOP language)
Professional experience working with large datasets, and proficient in SQL, SSMS (SQL Server)
Experience in developing and maintaining operations research optimization models for multi-echelon supply chain organizations
Experience developing software architectures spanning multiple technologies and languages
Experience proposing innovative modeling approaches or algorithms
Expert in creating, modifying, and reverse engineering complex stored procedures and user defined functions that will be used in critical Planning applications.
Expert in mathematical optimization and decomposition of complex problems for custom solutions
Able to understand business requirements, develop systems, and managing continuous improvement projects
In Depth knowledge of Supply Chain and Supply planning concepts and should have worked on integrating custom or enterprise supply planning systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be great team player, problem solver with critical thinking
Should have working experience in Agile methodology and SDLC phases and should be able to deliver in sprints.
