- Offer medical and occupational health services to authorized employees and contractors during clinic office hours.
- Conduct accurate clinical assessments and examinations.
- Evaluate if employees are physically and mentally capable of specific job duties.
- Manage patient data using RMI or Client Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Report medical treatments as required by the client.
- Continuously monitor employees exposed to occupational hazards.
- Perform regular health check-ups to detect early signs of work-related health issues.
- Administer job-required vaccines to safeguard employees from hazards and diseases.
- Provide first aid services and emergency drills as directed by emergency services entities.
- Stay informed about disease prevention, control, and management processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external services during emergencies, including developing response plans.
- Stabilize and monitor patients in emergency cases until proper emergency services arrive.
- Refer employees to resources such as Workers Compensation or external referrals when necessary.
- Maintain competencies for drug and alcohol testing to support company programs.
- Address reportable diseases and infectious outbreaks.
- Ensure clinic readiness with necessary medicines, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate educational programs promoting healthy lifestyles and safety among employees.
- Support contingency plans for unexpected events.
- Complete and submit required reports, timesheets, and other documentation promptly.
- Intake information from various sources, prioritize and summarize for stakeholders.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with training objectives and operational requirements.
- Hold current professional certifications as required.
- Other duties as needed.
- Minimum of two years as an independent physician or Locally licensed physician without restrictions.
- Prior experience in occupational health.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Able to pass required medical assessments.
- Capable of writing comprehensive reports and strong communication skills.
- Skilled in multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
- Understands patient processes, data confidentiality, and HIPAA rules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general technology.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks and executing plans effectively.
- Familiar with the RMI Field Operations Manual (FOM).
- Valid medical licenses/certifications without restrictions.
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association) or equivalent.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) AHA or equivalent.
- PHTLS (Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support) or equivalent(s) preferred but not mandatory.
- Current immunizations as required by projects and health authorities.

Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for managing non-emergency and occupational medical care at worksites as designated by the client or within the scope of work (SOW). The main focus is providing healthcare to client employees, contractors, and third parties in emergencies. Additionally, conducting safety checks, evaluating necessary medical equipment for the job.
