Description

Our client, a private economics consulting firm, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst. Reporting to the Head of HR Technology, this Senior HRIS Analyst will support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Workday.

Some responsibilities include:

Proivde functional and technical support for HR applications
Support the adoption, implementation and enhancements of the new HRIS, working closely with HR, IT, external vendors. and other stakeholders on the project
Troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes, and implement solutions in a collaboration with technical teams
Provide technical training and support
Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Required
Workday experience
3+ years of HRIS experience
Familiarity with reporting tools and HR data flow into such tools
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, security, data integrity, and system configuration and design.
