    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator I to join our healthcare team.

    The Patient Services Coordinator I will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate patient records.


    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
    • Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminologyResponsibilities:
    • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
    • Schedule patient appointments and follow
    • up visits
    • Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
    • Maintain and update patient records in accordance with privacy regulations
    • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to healthcare providers
    • Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing questions
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
