- Collaborate with our Business Leadership, Experience, and Design teams to understand and design to project and client objectives and success metrics
- Immerse in the user's point of view to begin the Design Thinking process
- Brainstorm and develop future ideas/concepts in layout, sketch, rendering and 3D computer modeling forms
- Iterate with our internal team and clients to refine and persuasively present the future solutions
- Collaborate with our in-house model lab to mock-up and visualize concepts in 3D
- Communicate structural, material, mechanical, and visual details of the design solutions you develop
- Develop Design Intent Documentation (DID) packages to communicate with fabrication partners
- A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive design environment
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Environmental/Retail Design
- A desire to innovate and collaborate with amazing visualization skills
- Proficiency in 3D computer modeling software and the Adobe Suite
- Must be in Cincinnati, OH and able to work on site Tuesday - Thursday

Our 3D Environmental Designers innovatively solve problems and persuasively deliver dynamic solutions to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Whether articulating the future direction of a physical retail space, optimizing a category or department solution, or creating the future vision of an immersive omnichannel experience, all our designers bring inherent curiosity and a human-centered outlook to work every day.
